A classmate of the defendant testified that she and several friends repeatedly warned Milad Moulayi that he was too drunk to drive before he crashed his mother’s Mercedes Benz, killing his passenger.

In Sichuan, China, a 30-year-old man was given the death penalty for killing four people and seriously injuring another while driving under the influence of alcohol. Sun Weiming was also driving without a license and fled the scene of the accident.
- Three’s Company Star Joyce DeWitt Arrested for DUI
Joyce DeWitt, best known for her role as Janet Wood on the 80s sitcom “Three’s Company,” was arrested for driving under the influence on July 4th in El Segundo, California. The actress was pulled over by police after driving past a police barricade. An officer reportedly smelled alcohol on her breath, and after interrogation and field sobriety tests, DeWitt was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
